Transportation support

We support our employees the transportation fee that can help them to go to work more self-motivated and convenient.

Education and self-development

We encourage our employees to develop their personal skills. Every year, we take place an English test with TOEIC exam questions. Every employees can register the exam and get the monthly extra benefit based on their successful result.

Support for extracurricular activities

Every year, our employees receive a monetary support for their holiday time. Only have to work five days a week and plus 2 Saturday morning, they can apply for the holiday times that they prefer with more 2 day off in summer season.

Health care

To ensure the good health for all employees, we give them a free annual healthy test. The result will be sent to everyone, they can have a timely and free treatment at medical center with the health insurance card provided by monthly fee that supported by company.

Miscellaneous

We provide our employees with monetary support on special occasions (births, marriages, deaths, national holiday,…) in addition to there being a cooperative association to help those with dealing with special events or circumstances.
