Boilers

The boiler division manufactures the main body of boiler and heat exchange facilities, the core part of a thermal power plant.

Products

Boiler is used as a steam generator in power and industrial plants. It’s usually consisted of main module and circulation system for steam generation, firing system for fuel combustion, draft system for ventilating combustion air and flue gas, air preheater and other auxiliary systems.

Based on its technology in design, manufacturing, installation and services, Bumhan has been supplying various types of boilers, ranged from drum-type,once-through and fluid bed utility boilers with high pressure and high temperature to industrial boilers. Bumhan has also been supplying boilers of various fossil fuels as coal, oil, etc.

  • Structural Steel

    Structural Steel

    Steel Frame is used to support the load of boilers and other power generation systems. It’s designed to resist wind and earthquake loads.

  • Duct

    Duct

    A pipe, tube, channel or any other unit necessary for conveying gases, combustion air from one point to another.

  • Coal Bunker

    Coal Bunker

    Coal bunker/silo receipt coal from stockyard then to coal feeder, to mill or coal pulverize.

  • Buckstay

    Buckstay

    A buckstay system for a membraned -tube wall of a steam generator having a first wall section which meets a second wall section at an angle to form a corner. At least one buckstay extends across at least part of each wall section.

  • SCR

    SCR

    Catalytic Reduction Systems (SCR) is a proven and effective method to reduce nitrogen oxides which is an air pollutant associated with the power generation process.

  • Electrostatic Precipitators (EP)

    Electrostatic Precipitators (EP)

    Electrostatic Precipitator are the most commonly used, effective, and reliable particulate control devices; they are employed mostly in power plants and other process industries. The particle-laden flue gas from the boiler flows through the ESP before it enters the environment.
